Submit your KYC documents now to prevent blockage of your Citi Credit card

As per the Know Your Customer guidelines of the Reserve Bank of India*, we request you to immediately submit a copy of your Aadhaar Card for identity and address proof.

Here's how you can share your KYC documents:

Click here to upload the documents with your Internet PIN (IPIN)

Email scanned copies of your KYC documents to cardskyc@citi.com from your registered email-id.

(We request you to compress attachments to ensure that your mail size including attachments does not exceed 2MB)

Log in to Citi Mobile App and upload documents by selecting
"Document upload" in the main menu.

Kindly ignore this communication if you have already shared the required documents with the bank.

Please note:

Please send a copy of the Aadhaar Card and not eAadhaar Card i.e. a copy of Aadhaar Card duly downloaded from internet. If you don't have a copy of Aadhaar Card, please provide any other proof of address from the acceptable documents# as mentioned in the below additional notes.

If your current address is not updated in Aadhaar, you will need to submit another KYC document from the list of acceptable address proof documents# as mentioned in the terms and conditions below.

If your Aadhaar number has not been assigned yet, please submit a copy of Aadhaar Enrolment number** (not more than 6 months old) along with a
self-attested copy of any one of the acceptable address proof documents#.
